As expected botters are getting banned it is only a question about when.

My impression is that botters, do not rush to forums and whine about it. They wait for and  expect it, buy new copies of diablo and start all over again.

Why are there such a huge number of players cross regions claiming to be banned without bots, or any form for exploit?

blizz says they didnt ban accounts based on login time so why are those banwaves made so rarely... botter will do it over and over again for sure. business is business. some of them use this forum, hope they have lost everything :]

I guess they do it so rare, so the botters dont quit?

This way it is a win - win situation for both parts, even blizzard, who gain player base and game purchases.

IT's good they ban the botters, I have just never seen so many posts in forums were people claim innocent.

I mean if you were a botter, would you rush diablo3.com/forums and claim to be innocent?
Makes no sence.

I wonder if they will clear this up.

Doesn't hurt to do that either and potential profits can be worth it :P

botters are also generating cash for blizzard through RMAH, they cant ban them every week
