Title: avoiding or not answearing invitations for duels

I'd like sb to check my challenge listings and messages sent to the opponents. Some of my invitations were send twice, nobody answeared.
According to the d3cl rules, where are walkovers??

very bad challenging system, many players use this for avoid players
