Im thinking about, how long does it take, until we have an addon like auctioneer or auctionmaster :p
Would be awsome shit for D3

Blizzard messed it up as much as they could. The highest price you can sell item for is 250$, IMO pretty much too low. If I find an awesome legendary item on inferno I'm sure I'll sell it on ebay instead of RMAH. BNet Balance seems to be useless too. It's like in-game gold, all you can do with it is to buy the Blizzard games.

Is this system only available to Sell / Buy items or does it allow to trade too?

you mean item versus item? I haven't seen that in the beta..
Basicly you can pick two options: ingame gold or $ as currency - you sell item for either of those two and buy another item back for the chosen currency.

Yes Item vs Item :) that was the most common trade and I thought there would be a interface for that.

in the beginning of the beta, they had the idea and if i remember correctly, they said it even at blizzcon, we will find trade games, with massively ppl inside. like a big market. until now, we havent seen anything in the beta, so i suppose we wont find them. this will be the cance for trading-boards again.
another thing. i dont understand, when most of the ppl are talking about rmah and caped buyouts, they consider to be items will be the product related to the rmah. but if the demand will stay high as possible because of a good gold sunk ingame by crafts and trainings, gold will be the general trade good inside the rmah. i doubt in 99% you wont trade any item via cash. most of the time youll change items into gold and gold into cash, or as ice was considering items vs items.
beside this, 250 bucks a day is like 7500 € a month. i really doubt this will be easy to reach.
