Anything with timer is clueless and heavily abused. History proved it. You play with watch or enjoy dueling?

I cannot believe how inconsistent those guys are. They claimed they had some "snows", flags those allowed you freely to switch between pvp and pvm changes, so they could change CC or whatever. Now they can't.
Not like it so important. Little DR penalty would be all that's actually needed for this game.

This gets tricky, it would require to check his all skills, skill by skill, passive by passive, to say barb has no chance against Smoke Screen. But if you investigated this so far, sure, go on.

It's always playable right now if you use simple 5-10 (or 100) dmg weapons on those chars. That would surely make it for penalty?
