League information / can walkovers be canceled?

I saw i got a walkover vs rudzian, i know i sent 2 messages and he didnt respond, neither in game, but he contacted me now and he asked what happened

if the score can be canceled we could play tomorrow or another day

I didn't find a thread about trades here, so I'll just post in general.

A friend of mine is selling his PvP spear for gold, it is one of the best in EU, and It's worth several billions imo. Maybe somebody here can make a good offer, as I can't ever get that amount.
