Diablo 3 Low Level Dueling Rules proposal:
- General rules as on HLD (http://www.d3cl.com/en/rules).
- Hellfire ring, The Horadric Hamburgers and Spectrum are forbidden.
- You may only use up to Flawless Square gems in your socketed gear.
- No life % regeneration passives allowed (Broodling for DH, Inspiring Presence for Barb and Blood Magic for WD)
- Monks are not allowed to use Breath of Heaven.
- Witch Doctors may only use Hex or Fear, not both at the same time.
- Max 50 life regen from items.
- Healing potions are forbidden.

Now:
Round(s) resulting in a draw count as +1 round for both sides. (f.e. 2-3 become 3-4).
New proposal:
Round(s) resulting in a draw (both players kill each other) counts as +1 round for player, who killed his opponent first.

What changes in the league system would you like to see in the next season? Its not perfect - i know it

General discussion / Anniversary Buff

To celebrate this milestone and the community that made it possible, we're giving away free buffs! (Who doesn't like free buffs?) Players who log in to defend Sanctuary between May 15 and May 21 will receive a 25% boost to their Magic Find and +EXP stats. The buff is only available while logged in to the game, but it will apply to all characters as well as stack with other similar bonuses -- the +EXP bonus will stack multiplicatively and the Magic Find bonus will stack above the 300% cap!
