The biggest fault of this is that, rulez arÄ™ made by top Geared players. You made this game Pay to win  Just like blizz did. But i know IT have to be..

You are playing a game ITEM BASED like all RPG u can play in the world if u didn't realized yet
And btw I lost with vs a wiz in league that got less than half my items simply cose he played better..
I have spent no money ob my wiz cose if u know a minimun of meccanics of the game and prices u can easy flip items like all top playwrs do.
Stop cry and try to be a better player and trader

Last exemple: sold my spear for 3 bil payed samthing like 800 mil

I disagree with rulz for the Barbs: DH and Wizards. 1st i want to tell i dont blame, i just say my experience.
 - After I played vs Mystical i saw that Barbs vs Dh is pretty closed fight. We had like similar gear and he used legacy nata. Still he killed me more times that i killed him like ratio 2:1. And i was using both war cry and shout. When DH has legacy nata all is about resource and resourse regeneration, since his hatred and discipline almost never end.
   !!! I advise all dh to improve their skill against barbs, cuz if Mystical can do it, so im pretty sure most of the DH can do it. Also, tell me what i could against a player like him? He will have totaly advantage against me, so before banning pls, think that maybe the correct move is not debuff barbs, but DH improve their game play. And that is not blaming, i just wonder what i could do if i meet Mystical or players like him on the league with banned war cry. Maybe auto loss 0-5? And shout doesnt replace war cry.
 - Against wizard. Wow, we got so much debuff - war cry, no double stun and lets say that this was "ok". But now banned WotB? Sorry but i play vs wizards now, and when they use some kind of "slow ms build" even running with marathon is like i dont move. That is blizzard, nova, then nova from ilusion, then more slow. How excatly i will fight if i dont have defense ability and ability that wont save me against like 90% disable? Give me some advise. Because right now 1 wizard i play vs him uses a build that if i dont have ignor pain and wotb, im dead like in few seconds. And my Ignor pain has 30 sec cd, his nova has 12 sec.
  I think that banning skills wont balance the game but will disbalance it even more. Also i think that brawling for now is balanced.
 !!! Green, pls do not coment what i have wrote. Go watch how Mystical plays.

Wiz vs barb has been tested with almot all top barb is Europe and those rules are approved also from them.
If u find trubles its cose u are lowered geared or lowered skilled or both or u need to find another way to fix bans.
U can ask them or try alone to find a way.
In any case if test league show us that rules are not good we will change them for sure.. we are working for all of you and not for wiz or barb or any particular class.

Let's wait numbers from test league or we will never start :)

player likes/dislikes is a good idea. if someone has a lot of dislikes and still causes problems admins can remove him from the league.

+1 also for verbal abuse in league or rage quit and so on...

thoes rules are the most idiotic thing that have happend to pvp rules ever. you are banning everyone exept a wizzard that is a very good character that lose only a bit because dh's got preparation vs his unstable anomaly, barbs can tank their horrible storm armor dmg, wd's got minions to dodge his killing attacks. with this changes you have just buffed kaio hard. he will lose with dh's that will 2shot him.

oh and btw you made monk immortal vs a dh. chemical burn is the only skill that does some dmg to that guy. every other attack can be easly dodge with 3300 dex and a bit of mantra. monks can oneshot dh's if they are not in ss mode.

having that in mind happy duels with the new rules.

Barbs are not allowed to use WotB against WD, but they are allowed to use Hex Against Barbs. Sorry, but this is stupid. Barbs are using WotB becous WD using hex. Now WD gonna totaly rape barbs. Thank you. I will not accept single challenge from WD. And if you give me free lose, i will leave the league.

DH vs Wizzard

Without "Battle scars", and "Boar", this fight will be in favour of the Wizzards now.
I guess it will be hart to play offensive as a DH vs good Wizzards with this rules.
It will end in a endless sniping party from far away, and camping around with life regeneration after each hit.
In my opinion, taking away one of those 2 would be enough.

I have some thoughts about DH vs DH too.
What if we ban from this duel "Chemical burn", and "Smokescreen"? It could be much more intresting then, because it will only depend on movement, sniping, kiting. You got to play much more with tactics then, like Amazon vs Amazon in D2.
I think the smokescreen spamming nowadays, just takes out a bit fun and colour of this matchup. Also the problem with legacy, non legacy, BT gear setups would be solved. Any thoughts bout it?

We tested alot wiz vs dh and I tested vs many different kind of players and they can tell u that it's pretty ballanced for what we could see

These rules you read here are a draft. They aren't final yet. I will make them final on 12 march. We will take input to edit the final rules up until 11 march 23.59.

So about 1 hour left! My only overall grievances are regarding super-super tanky characters or those partially tanky characters with massive life regeneration. The play style goes with this as well: all barbs now just rend and run, rend and run. They lack creativity and just flee from the action until they are at high hp again. The only countermeasure to this is to have a similar amount of life regeneration which effectively resets the duel every time they run, which of course yields a stalemate, which of course defeats the purpose of PVP, and lastly will discourage players from playing.

I prefer duels where both players can be killed by the other, even if they are 1-hit-KOs. I detest duels where one side can't kill the other due to massive life regeneration and fleeing. I think the most immediate fix to all these problems is to simply abolish the PVP system for 1v1s and just go with 2v2 only. The nature of 2v2 with friendly fire will cover a lot if not all of the current imbalances in the PVP league. If team styles pose a problem (e.g. double DH), the rules can maybe limit teams to no more than one of any class per team.

So, are you saying that the only playstyle that give your DH some problem is bad?

Barbs rend and run because that's the only viable build option they have at the moment. What do you want them to do? If they run, you chase. Can't you run at like 200% ms when you use vault with tactical?

I, too, don't like when barbs just run away for 15 seconds and come back at it with full life again. But I can't really blame them because that's pretty much the best build they have for this patch.

we need to understand the difference betwin "active play"  and just passive/camping

here in d3 it's a bit different than in d2 this aspect..
