- There is no diminishing returns in D3. Meaning a 3s hex will be 3s hex every single time. This is only reduced by % cc reduction on items,skills,passive (required a huge amount in order to be active since abilities like hex can be spammed).
- LS is minimal and hence pointless since battles are in Inferno
- LoH works pretty well if high uptime on target is available but lacks infront of
- Life Regen which is the BEST stat at this moment due to the amount of crowd controls and aoe's.
- Damaged increased/reduced to/from elites works the same way on players as it works on mobs.
- Immobilize,stun,slow,freeze etc works on players the same way they work on mobs
- So far abilities like WD hex , DH smoke screen , Wiz Storm Armor , Monk Fist of Thunder-Thunderclap are a huge issue
