I voted the bottom option, which is almost the same as the first imo.

Current d3cl rules but allow warcry vs dh

Edit: I forgot about ptr dr being bugged, no need to allow warcry again i guess. Count me +1 for option 1, stick with current test league rules.

Dude? - if ptr is bugged we need war cry more than ever :D. We go fight with 0 protection.

PTR bugged, Barb's are not allowed to use pants in duel (#YOLO-style) lol.

Jokes aside, I think it is to early for the verdict on Warcry vs no Warcry. I will post my thoughts in the rule thread.

I vote do nothing till ptr gets fixed. but when it does stay with current rules and continue testing them to keep getting feedback.
