cant disagree with the point of this img, but we have to remember that majority of mentioned things was introduced in LoD, i.e. there were no runes in classic or the werewolf helmet (i think its even 1.10 helmet not original lod)

Hammer is right. It's imho a matter of deverloper's experience. But on the other hand, if Blizzard realized that 10 years ago, upon the release of LoD, then it should have been implemented in D3 right from the start.

Imho the question is slightly different. We are hardcore D3 players, who got involved in this game for long period of time. That is why we can see all major issues with it. But if someone is just a casual player, having fun with the game twice a week for like 1-2 hours, than he might have an opposite opinion of D3. Also, there are people out there who just want to finish the game on normal/nightmare and that's it - the game lands on the shelf regardless of its quality.

even for casual players this game is a piece of junk .. nintendo games were more challenging.. crap .. d3 looks like unfinished d2 expansion with the idea "lets mix everything once more and start from the beggining .. "

I just bought D3 for the PS3 as I hadn't touched any games for 2 years (working in real life like crazy) and thought I had to give it a go.
