You can switch the rune on teleport for "Calamity" vs wd or wizards, not sure about dh .
The build does not seem to be the most effective one at the first glance, but once  you get used to making use of the duplicates it is actually quite fun and when the other classes use up their cd's, you're ready for chase.
You need to be fully aware of your position on the map,  need to know the range of the missle and where to shoot it to hit... kinda tricky sometiems - because Blizzard didn't really make the map that great
