So can someone explain few things here? for example how does dmg vs elites work in pvp and lifesteal, and are the duration of stuns decreased?

1. "does dmg vs elites work in pvp" - 30% dmg against elites is 30% more dmg against players, it works fine (tested).
2. "lifesteal" - LS is senseless in pvp, on inferno it is nerfed by 80%. Maybe LoH works, didn't checked.
3. "are the duration of stuns decreased?" - if you have items with decrasing cc time yes.

Yes. For example im dh with manticore, SoJ give me 6% dmg to poison (i have poison dmg in manticore), additional 30% dmg to all skills etc. SoJ IMO is bet for PvP.

6% poison dmg does not increase your poison dmg but your black dmg.

- There is no diminishing returns in D3. Meaning a 3s hex will be 3s hex every single time. This is only reduced by % cc reduction on items,skills,passive (required a huge amount in order to be active since abilities like hex can be spammed).
- LS is minimal and hence pointless since battles are in Inferno
- LoH works pretty well if high uptime on target is available but lacks infront of
- Life Regen which is the BEST stat at this moment due to the amount of crowd controls and aoe's.
- Damaged increased/reduced to/from elites works the same way on players as it works on mobs.
- Immobilize,stun,slow,freeze etc works on players the same way they work on mobs

- So far abilities like WD hex , DH smoke screen , Wiz Storm Armor , Monk Fist of Thunder-Thunderclap are a huge issue

they added a 30% innate cc reduction to players at the same time they made them count as elites

why soj with cold damage? does cold damage % works like in d2 freezing someone?

in freezes the enemy, but not like in d2 - the effect is slow over some time
= win
